Emirates International Facility Management has operated as the backbone of the UAE's built environment since 1996. As a subsidiary of Das Holding, EIFM manages an operation spanning thousands of employees, hundreds of vehicles, multiple factories, and service verticals ranging from MEP contracting to security, cleaning, joinery, and solar solutions. After three decades of quiet excellence, leadership recognized that the brand no longer reflected the company's scale or ambition.
We had exactly three weeks to execute a complete transformation of their website, collaterals, and branding. As well as shooting and launching a cinematic production video.
The rebrand began with two intensive weeks of strategic discovery, working directly with EIFM's leadership to understand their vision for the company's next era. The resulting logo system needed to honor nearly 30 years of heritage while positioning EIFM as a technology-forward leader ready to expand beyond conventional facility management.
